Woodwork measured in square feet (sft) or running feet (rft) refers to the total area of all modular cabinetry in your home — including wardrobe carcasses, kitchen cabinets, TV units, crockery units, shoe racks, and other storage. A higher sft allocation means more storage, larger units, and more covered surfaces. The Rental package covers 600 sft/rft, scaling up to 800+ sft/rft in the Ultra Luxury package.
Most interior contractors give you a vague "per sqft" price that hides what's actually included. Happy Living Interiors does the opposite — every package is a defined scope with every inclusion named, every material specified, and every brand stated upfront.
